2.1 Before Job is Posted

If you cancel your job posting before it goes live on our platform, you are eligible for a full refund of the posting fee.

2.2 After Job is Posted

Once a job posting is live on our platform, the posting fee is non-refundable. However, you may remove the posting at any time.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund
  3. Include any relevant documentation

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
