// REQUIRED SKILLS
**Responsibilities**
● Design and implement gameplay systems, tools, and features using C++
and Blueprints.
● Work on system design, simulation logic, and real-world problem-solving
(including physics simulations and real world simulation).
● Handle optimization across rendering, assets, and runtime
performance.
● Support build packaging and deployment for PC & Mobile platforms.
● Collaborate with the Tech Artist/Animator to integrate animations,
lighting, and props into gameplay systems.
● Provide technical support for MetaHuman and animation integration,
when required.
● Conduct debugging, performance profiling, and system testing to
ensure stability.
● (Optional if relevant) Contribute to multiplayer/networking systems.
**Qualifications**
● Strong proficiency in C++ & Blueprint programming.
● Experience with simulation systems (physics-based environments,
real-world problem-solving).
● Experience with optimization techniques (assets, rendering, runtime).
● Knowledge of Unreal Engine deployment pipelines (PC/Mobile).
● Familiarity with animation workflows (facial/body mocap, MetaHuman
Animator).
● Basic art and lighting knowledge to effectively collaborate with Tech
Artists.
● Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance profiling skills.
● (Bonus) Knowledge of networking/multiplayer systems in Unreal.
