// REQUIRED SKILLS
**Responsibilities**
-Design, develop, document, and maintain production tools and systems, with a strong focus on Unreal Engine workflows, integrating into the wider CG pipeline
-Develop Unreal Engine tools, plugins, automation, and supporting scripts
-Support Unreal Engine and pipeline workflows, including overseas outsource partner studios
-Provide technical guidance to artists and production teams on workflow design, optimization, and best practices
-Attend production operational meetings to represent the pipeline team and provide technical input
-Collaborate closely with a centrally managed pipeline development team
-Use source control and structured deployment workflows to safely deliver code into production
-Take technical ownership of Unreal Engine pipeline systems and workflows
-Drive continuous improvement of Unreal and CG production pipelines
-Advise artists and other Technical Directors on production planning and workflow changes
-Collaborate with Department Heads to resolve high-impact, production-critical technical
**Qualifications**
-Proven professional experience as a Pipeline Technical Director or similar role in animation, episodic, or feature film production
-Strong, production-proven experience with Unreal Engine in a high-end production environment
-Solid understanding of the full CG production pipeline and how Unreal integrates other DCC.
-Experience working with asset and production tracking systems (e.g. ShotGrid)
-Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and support robust pipeline workflows under production pressure
