UI/UX Designer for Competitive FPS Project

**Responsibilities**
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help us define the visual and interaction direction of a competitive FPS currently in development.
This is a budgeting and scoping phase, not full production yet. The goal is to collaborate on defining the UI/UX foundation before moving forward with full implementation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing the current state and needs of the project’s UI/UX
Proposing design direction aligned with competitive FPS standards
Creating initial wireframes and/or low to mid-fidelity mockups
Defining UX flows for core systems such as:
Main menu and navigation
In-game HUD (health, abilities, crosshair, feedback systems)
Buy phase / loadout systems
Spectator and post-round screens
Suggesting improvements for clarity, usability, and competitive readability
Providing a budget estimate and timeline for full UI/UX production
This is not a one-off task. The intention is to identify a potential long-term collaborator after the initial estimation phase.
