**Responsibilities**

Physics Integration: Ensure that transitions between animations are seamless and react correctly to physics-based inputs (e.g., collisions, balance systems).
Iterative Refinement: Iterate based on playtesting feedback to perfect the "weight" and impact feel of the mechanics.
**Qualifications**
Combat Experience: You understand the mechanics of martial arts (or combat games like UFC) and know how to translate movement sequences onto a character rig.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with state machines (e.g., Unreal Engine Animation Blueprints / Unity Mecanim) and a solid understanding of physics-based interactions in games.
Creativity: A keen eye for timing, weight, and the subtle details that make an animation feel authentic and responsive.
Tool Stack: Proficiency in standard software (e.g., Maya, Blender) and experience with Motion Matching or complex Blend Trees is a significant plus.
