**Responsibilities**

We are hiring a Senior Unreal Developer to own the core simulation architecture and ensure long-term scalability.

You will:

Own architecture and optimization

Ensure performance and reliability on standard mid-range laptops

Design multiplayer systems for current squad deployments

Build scalable foundations that evolve toward 200v200 simulation

Architect AI and networking systems with long-term scalability in mind

Set technical standards and guide Unreal engineering direction

Performance and reliability are mission-critical.

**Qualifications**

5+ years Unreal Engine experience (UE5 preferred)

Shipped or worked on a multiplayer PC title

Deep C++ knowledge

Strong understanding of Unreal replication

Experience optimizing multiplayer systems

Experience with AI systems (Behavior Trees, EQS)

Experience optimizing CPU, GPU, memory, and bandwidth

Able to work in EEST (UTC+2)
