Senior Unreal Engine Engineer - X-Team

**Responsibilities**

In this high-impact engineering support role, you will serve as the primary technical partner for APAC-based game development teams, helping resolve complex Unreal Engine 5 challenges and unblock critical developer workflows. You will build and maintain internal tools, plugins, and infrastructure that improve developer productivity and support multiple game projects at scale. Working closely with globally distributed engineering teams, you will combine hands-on technical problem solving with long-term improvements to engine systems, tooling, and development pipelines.

**Qualifications**

dvanced, production-level experience with Unreal Engine 5 across multiple engine systems, tools, plugins, and workflows.

Strong professional C++ expertise with experience building performant, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.

Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work directly with engineers, technical stakeholders, and distributed global teams.

4+ years of professional software engineering experience within game development studios or closely related real-time 3D industries.

Previous experience in a support-focused, platform, developer tools, or central technology team environment where solving cross-team technical challenges is a core responsibility.
