**Responsibilities**

[Rev-share][unpaid] *Currently in early alpha phase- asset/gameplay logic in progress.*

Model high-quality hard-surface assets such as weapons, props, machinery, architecture, and other non-organic elements based on concept art, references, or design briefs.

Create clean, efficient topology optimized for real-time performance requirements.

Produce high-resolution sculpts and bake detailed maps (normal, AO, curvature, etc.) onto game-ready meshes.

Develop UV layouts and texture maps that follow studio guidelines and ensure optimal texel density and minimal distortion.

Apply materials and textures using tools like Substance Painter/Designer, ensuring consistency with the project’s style and PBR standards.

Collaborate with team to ensure assets meet gameplay, technical, and visual requirements.

Implement assets into the engine (Unreal/Unity) and troubleshoot shading, lighting, or performance issues.

Follow style guides and pipeline standards to maintain visual consistency and streamlined workflow

**Qualifications**

2+ years experience working with Unreal Engine.

High level of skill and experience with Maya, blender or 3DS Max.

Texturing in Substance Painter/Designer

Must provide proof of hard surface modeling skill e.g. portfolio, or images. e.g. artstation, etc (model break downs ideally)

Have a passion for problem solving and Design.

The ability to understand and work with conceptual art provided.

Fluent English speaker with a microphone for voice calls. 10 hours per week available to work on the game. (I understand full-time work comes first so as long as you can be consistent in your deliveries. I have my own full-time job so I get it.)

Ability to communicate frequently and provide updates regularly.

Experience modeling modular systems (i.e. hard surface models of various types to combine to create numerous variant Prefabs/BP’s and fit on grid placement.) Knowledge of ( Github desktop)
