We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative People Technology Change Analyst / Project Manager (P3) to support and drive People Technology initiatives across the business. This role will partner closely with People, Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology projects, support organizational change management, and optimize adoption of People systems and processes.

This is an individual contributor role requiring strong project coordination, independent judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support People Technology projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, communication plans, and status reporting for multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and successful delivery of People Technology programs
  • Manage bi-annual system releases by evaluating new functionality, tracking enhancements, and presenting recommendations and impacts to business stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancements to the employee and manager experience
  • Support organizational change management activities related to People systems and process changes, including communications, training, and adoption strategies
  • Coordinate and execute communication and training efforts, including leadership forums, newsletters, knowledge articles, guides, and training materials
  • Partner with People, Finance, and Workday support teams to develop and execute sponsorship plans, communication plans, training plans, and resistance management strategies
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication, training, and adoption activities to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through across stakeholders and workstreams
  • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns appropriately and helping drive mitigation plans
  • Ensure project documentation, process documentation, and knowledge resources remain accurate, organized, and accessible
  • Work independently on moderately complex initiatives while exercising sound judgment and adapting established approaches to solve problems
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and contribute positively to Scopely’s collaborative and inclusive culture

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Management, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, change management, People Technology, HR operations, or related business functions
  • Experience supporting or coordinating technology implementations, system enhancements, or operational change initiatives
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills with strong attention to detail and tone
  • Experience developing internal communications, training materials, documentation, and enablement resources
  • Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day direction while managing moderately complex projects and competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to analyze information, evaluate options, and exercise sound judgment in solving operational and project-related challenges
  • Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional and global teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project
  • Understanding of People practices, business processes, and confidentiality requirements related to employee information
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and customer-service orientation
  • Fluent spoken and written English required, including the ability to maintain agile and effective professional conversations in an international environment. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Workday or other HRIS/People Technology platforms
  • Exposure to organizational change management frameworks and practices
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, metrics, or adoption tracking
  • CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification
  • Experience working in international or matrixed organizations
  • Exposure to resource planning, prioritization, or budget tracking
