Marketing & Content Lead (RevShare) - SCI-FI RTS

**Responsibilities**

We are looking for a creative partner to spearhead our go-to-market strategy. You will have full creative freedom to shape the public face of the game.

• Content Creation: Edit high-energy gameplay trailers, shorts (TikTok/Reels), and developer logs using provided UE5 footage. • YouTube Growth: Manage the channel strategy, including SEO-optimized titles, thumbnail design, and consistent upload scheduling to build an audience before launch. • Crowdfunding Management: Lead the design and execution of our Kickstarter campaign. This includes structuring reward tiers, writing page copy, and generating pre-launch hype. • Community Building: Assist in engaging our community on Discord and socials to convert viewers into backers.

**Qualifications**

Since this is a Revenue Share position, we don't expect 10 years of experience, but we do need a self-starter who is passionate about indie games.

• Video Editing: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software. You must be able to cut engaging gameplay trailers. • Social Media Savvy: Understanding of YouTube algorithms, hashtags, and how to drive organic traffic on platforms like Twitter/X and TikTok. • Copywriting: Excellent written English skills for creating compelling Kickstarter page text and social posts. • Marketing Mindset: Basic understanding of sales funnels (how to turn a viewer into a Kickstarter backer).

Bonus: • Previous experience launching a Kickstarter or crowdfunding campaign. • Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine (to capture your own footage if needed).
