**Responsibilities**
Hi we are currently searching for an Art Director!
As our Art Director your responsibilities will mainly include being able to create Concept art and being able to manage and direct our 3D Enemy pipeline. Which our Pipe line will follow in this order-- Concept Artist(filled by you the Art Director), 1-2 3D Character Modelers, 1 3D Texture Modeler, 1 Character Rigger, and lastly 1 Animator.
Things that we are looking for that are NOT required but that are a big + is if you can fulfill any role that is outside creating concept work.
Any experience working with a team/managing a team.
Any previous established games
Some important last regards: This map will be published in UEFN. Although it is very similar to UE5's engine it still has its own restrictions and unique optimizations when importing/ making anything within its engine.
Lastly, this is our first ever project! Although there are a bit of expectations for this role, we still want to make sure everyone has fun
**Qualifications**
1.Is able to Direct and manage our pipeline of Creating 19 3D game ready enemy models.
2.Understands or is willing to learn the best optimizations For our models Quality, and function in UEFN.
3.Ability to draw concept art that is best suited to guide our 3d Modelers and 3D Texture Artist.
4.Has great patience and time management
5.Provides a nurturing environment for everyone who works within the pipeline.
6.Has a few years of experience of working within concept art, 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating (collectively not individually)
