// REQUIRED SKILLS
**Responsibilities**
Set up and refine Animation Blueprints (ABP) in Unreal Engine 5
Implement and troubleshoot root motion animations for gameplay use
Work with existing animations and improve movement realism and transitions
Export, clean, and prepare animations from Blender to Unreal
Assist in setting up:
State machines
Blendspaces
Animation montages (for actions like turns, attacks, etc.)
Collaborate on animation logic tied to gameplay systems (AI, player movement, etc.)
Optimize animations for performance and consistency in-game
**Qualifications**
Experience with Unreal Engine animation system (ABP)
Strong understanding of root motion workflows
Proficiency in Blender animation pipeline
Ability to debug animation issues (sliding, snapping, etc.)
Bonus: Experience with creature/realistic animation
